Have you installed a new hydraulic circuit and want to bleed the air out of the system? This is the easiest and most efficient way to assure that all of the air is out of a new circuit and is ready for use. It is important to assure that your hydraulic oil level is up to the proper level. If there is air in your lines, your oil level check is not accurate. 
 
To bleed a circuit follow these steps:
1) Plug one end of the hose into one of the couplers on the circuit to be bled.
2) Plug the other end into the appropriate coupler for the other side of the circuit to be bled.
3) Operate the valve in either direction for 10-15 seconds.
4) Turn off machine.
5) Release pressure on circuit by operating the valve in each direction.
6) Unplug the bleeder hose.
