Note: To achieve complete protection of the grill on this model the lower part extends down close to the loader release latch. To remove the loader, instead of pulling 1 pin on the bracket and rotating it up, you need to pull both pins and slide the latch up and back and then the loader can be removed.

Laser cut from 1/8" steel and powder coated in John Deere Green or Textured Black finish including a 2 coat process with primer for long life and corrosion resistance. Stainless steel and zinc coated mounting hardware included. Photos of the textured black guards will be posted once complete. The black is currently in process and preorder only. **NOTE** The factory guard (frame) shown in the photos is for reference only to demonstrate fit and not included.

To install you may need to remove the factory guard from the tractor's frame. Start by removing the nuts at the pivot location, remove the carriage bolts and replace with the carriage bolts provided. Install the 511 guard from the front sliding the carriage bolts in followed by the provided washers and nuts. Next, position the upper portion of the guard at the desired depth in relation to the factory guard and hold in place with clamps. Mark the upper holes in the center of the slots and drill with a small pilot drill. Drill the pilot holes out with a 3/8" drill and install provided 3/8" bolts followed by the washers and nuts.

Reinstall the factory guard if previously removed.
