INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 
John Deere Grill Guard. Fits the following models: 5045E, 5055E, 5060E, 5065E & 5075E with the 520M loader.
 
NOTE: This guard will only fit models with the 520M loader. Other loaders use a different factory brush guard.
 
 
Please assure that your model matches the factory guard in the photos. The factory guard has 4 carriage bolts on each side which attach the cross bars.
 
To maximize the protection offered, this guard extends below the factory mesh grill. Therefore, front weights cannot be used with this setup. However, the weight bracket shown in the photos can remain on your tractor, but the grill guard will need to be removed prior to adding the weights. If your application requires weights that remain in your tractor, please contact us for a solution involving a shorter guard.
 
Laser cut from 1/8" steel and powder coated in John Deere Green or Textured Black finish including a 2 coat process with primer for long life and corrosion resistance.
 
This guard can be installed in minutes! It utilizes 4 of the carriage bolts on your existing guard and no drilling! Only one tool required to install.
